At Age Capsule, we are committed to a seamless and transparent experience from the moment you order to the moment your product arrives. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and returns process.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Delivery Times All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
For shipping addresses within the European Union, you can typically expect your delivery within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Costs We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs and any payment fees will be shown before you confirm your purchase.
International Orders, Taxes, and Duties Please be aware that for orders shipped to destinations outside the EU, local charges such as sales tax, customs duties, or VAT may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the client.
Address Accuracy To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that you have provided your full and correct address and contact information. The Company is not responsible for refunding or reshipping orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the client. If you have a subscription and need to update your address, please contact us at support@agecapsule.com at least 72 hours before your next shipment is due.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
We stand by the quality of our products. You have the right to return your goods for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that our policy covers only products purchased directly from our website or from our authorized resellers.
To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet one of the following conditions:
1. The product is unopened and in its original condition. If you've changed your mind, you can return your product provided it is unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition for health and hygiene reasons.

Please note: For subscription purchases, this return option is only available for your initial order and not for subsequent recurring shipments.
2. The product is faulty or not as described. If your product arrives in a faulty condition, you are eligible for a return. You must provide detailed information and visual proof (e.g., photos) of the fault when you contact us.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at support@agecapsule.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the reason for the return.

Use Our Shipping Label: Our team will inspect your request and provide you with a prepaid shipping label. The package must be sent using this label within 14 days of notifying us.

Return Cost: A fee of €15 for the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount. For warehousing and tracking purposes, we can only process refunds for returns that use the official label we provide.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, a refund for the price you paid (minus the €15 return shipping cost) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note it may take an additional 14 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank.
Managing Your Subscription
Cancellation Policy You can cancel your subscription by contacting our support team at support@agecapsule.com or on our website under Subscription management. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please request cancellation at least 48 hours before your current subscription period ends. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current term.
Important Note on Early Subscription Cancellation Our subscription plans are offered at a significant discount compared to a one-time purchase price. The subscription is designed for long-term use, and cancellation is possible only after the second subscription charge has been made. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the second charge, you will be required to pay the difference between the discounted subscription price you paid and the full, regular price of the product. This policy is in place to prevent misuse of the subscription discount.
Pausing Your Subscription If you need a break, you can pause your subscription for a 30-day period. Please contact our support team at least 48 hours before your renewal date to arrange this. Your subscription will automatically resume after 30 days.
